A 10% deposit is required upon booking your wedding flowers and balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to wedding date. If you cancel your order with us within the 2 weeks prior to wedding a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Please be open minded when choosing your flowers that as florists we cannot control mother nature and sometimes flowers become unavailable at the last minute, so we do suggest to have a second choice. If we need to go to your second choice we will contact you first.
